‘Adrift’ is a site-specific performative project rooted in an expanded cinema experience. Through videos recorded by various collaborating artists on their way the performance site, sound loops are created with a standard video player program and accompanied by a collage of the images from which the audio emanates. Although the presentation of the image is primarily subordinated to the sound creation, a hypnotic visual spectacle arises by superimposing the different images.
